Get help using the website
Email sales@wickedinstallations.com or call 613-743-3689 if you cannot read information, use a control or complete a task on this website.
Tell us which page or tool is causing a problem, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a reply. You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information to explain an accessibility barrier.
You can also use email or telephone to discuss an installation project instead of using the online planning tools or detailed intake workflow.
Our approach
We aim to make the website readable, usable with a keyboard, responsive on different devices and compatible with browser zoom. Accessibility feedback helps identify barriers that a limited technical review may miss.
These privacy, terms and accessibility pages use descriptive headings, responsive layouts and visible keyboard-focus styles. The main website’s reduced-motion setting is enabled. These measures support usability; they do not establish that every page, tool or interaction meets every accessibility requirement.
If you need information in a different format, tell us what would work for you. We can discuss a practical way to provide the project or service information you need.
Current accessibility status
We are continuing to review the website’s accessibility. Layout and usability checks have been carried out, but a complete accessibility assessment has not been completed. We do not claim that every page or tool meets every accessibility requirement.
Interactive planning tools, visual previews, uploaded documents and external services may work differently from the main pages. If one of these creates a barrier, contact Wicked so the conversation can continue through another available route.
We use feedback and review findings to guide improvements. A working alternative contact path is available while a reported website issue is being assessed.
Report a barrier
An effective report can include the page address, the control or content involved, your device/browser if relevant, and whether you were using keyboard navigation or assistive technology. Share only details you are comfortable providing.
