Practical terms for using Wicked's website, project information and planning tools. Accepted installation work is handled through its own agreed project terms.
This website introduces Wicked Installations' commercial sign and graphics installation services and provides ways to ask questions, share project details and plan potential work.
Use the website and tools lawfully and for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to access another person's project, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the website or its services.
An email, contact-form submission or project-intake submission starts a conversation or requests a review. It does not by itself confirm a booking, reserve an installation date or create an accepted installation scope.
Calculator results and tool-generated planning information are preliminary. Actual scope, site conditions, access, equipment, travel, materials, scheduling and other project requirements may need review before Wicked confirms an offer.
The applicable formal quote, work order and agreed project-specific terms control the scope and terms of installation work. These website terms govern use of the website and do not replace those documents.
Installation Lab, the estimator, project-management tools and Wrap Studio support project preparation. Their results depend on the information entered and the available reference data. Check measurements, surface conditions, access, material compatibility and other project-specific details before relying on a result for production or installation.
Visual previews and vehicle references are planning aids. They do not replace checking the actual vehicle, site, dimensions or supplied artwork.
Some tools save work in the browser; certain sync, sharing and quote actions send it to the tool service. Keep your own copies of work you need. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove access to unsynced projects. Read the Privacy Policy for more about these actions.
Provide project information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and let Wicked know if important details change. Submit only information, photographs and artwork you are authorised to share.
Sending material for an inquiry allows it to be reviewed for that inquiry and related project discussion. It does not give permission to publish customer artwork or personal information as a testimonial, case study or advertising material.
Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for the project. Check recipients before sharing project links or downloaded files.
Wicked branding, photographs, written content and tool materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Contact Wicked before republishing or using its content in your own advertising.
Customer, supplier and third-party names or marks may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not grant permission to reuse them or imply a relationship beyond the context described.
The website can link to separate services and reference sources, including vehicle data, social pages and hosted tools. Their availability, content and applicable terms can change.
