PROJECT-MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Installation Support That Keeps the Project Moving
Installation is only one part of a project manager’s workload. Pricing, scheduling, access, material readiness, site conditions, travel, equipment, field communication and completion reporting all need to be coordinated before the project can be closed. Wicked is structured to collect the right information early and keep installation issues from becoming unnecessary delays.
01 Clear Project Intake
We collect the site, surface, measurement, height, access, timing and material information needed to review the installation properly before a formal quote is issued.
02 Practical Scheduling
Installation timing is reviewed against travel, site readiness, equipment, material availability and other project requirements before a date is confirmed.
03 Field-Issue Communication
When actual site conditions differ from the supplied information, Wicked documents the issue and contacts the project manager before proceeding with work outside the approved scope.
04 Cloud-Based Project Documentation
Project photographs, site notes and completion records can be organized in shared cloud-based project folders. This gives the project manager one consistent place to access available documentation without chasing separate emails, text messages or completion photographs.
THE DETAILS THAT CAN CHANGE AN INSTALLATION
The Details That Can Change an Installation
Pricing based only on square footage can miss the conditions that determine staffing, equipment, travel and actual installation time. Wicked uses project intake to identify those conditions before formal pricing and scheduling are confirmed.
Product and Square Footage
Confirmed product type and measured square footage for the location.
Surface and Condition
Wall, window, floor or vehicle surface type and current condition.
Installation Height
Standard reach, ladder work or lift-required height ranges.
Site Access
Operating hours, entry requirements and any access restrictions.
Equipment Requirements
Lifts, ladders or specialty tools needed to complete the work.
Travel and Parking
Distance, parking availability and deadline or schedule flexibility.
Preliminary estimates are based on submitted information. Final pricing and scheduling are confirmed after Wicked reviews the project photographs, measurements, access, surface, travel and material readiness.
SOME PROJECTS NEED MORE THAN AN AUTOMATIC ESTIMATE
Some Projects Need More Than an Automatic Estimate
Multi-location projects, lifts, removal, damaged or unknown surfaces, overnight travel, physical panel mounting, vehicle wraps and short deadlines require manual review. The online estimate is intended to provide preliminary pricing for standard single-site work, not replace project verification.
