Specialized Training for Commercial Vinyl Installation
Wicked’s qualifications support the installation of customer-supplied commercial vinyl graphics across windows, walls, floors, vehicles, flat panels and selected textured surfaces.
3M Preferred Installer
Wicked holds 3M Preferred Installer qualifications covering Windows, Walls and Floors, and Fleet applications. These qualifications support material handling, surface evaluation and installation practices across common commercial vinyl applications.
POST Certified
POST certification supports professional installation practices, project preparation and the level of field responsibility expected on commercial graphics projects.
Working at Heights
Working at Heights training supports projects where approved elevated access and fall-protection requirements apply.
MEWP Training
Mobile Elevating Work Platform training supports the safe use of applicable lift equipment when elevated installation work is included in the approved project scope.

WSIB Coverage
Wicked maintains WSIB coverage for commercial project requirements. Clearance information can be supplied when required during contractor qualification or project onboarding.
$5 Million Liability Insurance
Wicked carries $5 million in liability insurance. Proof of coverage can be provided to the approved project contact when required for vendor setup, property access or project qualification.
Certificates, clearance information and insurance documents are available to qualified project contacts upon request. Private policy numbers and contractor documents are not published publicly on the website.

Safe installation planning starts before the installer arrives.
Wicked reviews the supplied project information to identify the surface, graphic type, installation height, access conditions, equipment requirements, working hours and site restrictions that may affect the work.
Incomplete or inaccurate information can result in the wrong equipment, insufficient access, scheduling delays or an installation that cannot proceed as planned.

Height and Access Are Planned as Part of the Project
Work above standard ground-level access may require a second installer, approved ladder access, a mobile elevating work platform or other project-specific planning.
The appropriate approach depends on the installation height, surface, work area, site rules and equipment access.
Lift rentals, delivery, permits, traffic control, additional crew requirements and other third-party costs are reviewed separately from standard installation pricing.

Wicked does not use access to the site to sell signage, printing, fabrication or other services to the contracting company’s customer.

SITE CONDITIONS
We Do Not Ignore Conditions That Could Affect the Installation
Commercial installation sites do not always match the photographs, measurements or information supplied during quoting.
A surface may be damaged, contaminated, damp, improperly painted or incompatible with the selected material. Graphics may be missing, damaged or produced incorrectly. The approved installation area may be blocked or inaccessible.
When a condition could affect safety, quality or the approved project scope, Wicked documents the issue and communicates it to the project contact.
